a wrapup of this week:

tuesday was yy's birthday (:
and it was a mini reunion for all our class pets :p



haha hope you had a great birthday yy!
we went to swensens after school to celebrate and found out that philbert can tie a cherry stem knot with his tongue! :O
hahaha.

today was a wonderfully slack day!
Mrs v had something on during gp, and we were following wednesday's timetable.
so we technically had 1.5 blocks free :p
and after school we were free till national day celebrations started!
so we watched ihc basketball
it was really cool!
the guys were really good and the final between MT and BW was really exciting (:(:
pong and i have a new idol now hehehe.
and HH won for the girls (:

walked around after that.
got a rush of adrenaline when i was suddenly asked to run for inter-CCA relay, the kind you get before a race that gets you all pumped up!
alas, because of bad weather they cancelled the last few track events ):

national day celebrations were held in the hall instead because of the rain ):
all that money wasted on the stage..
anw, celebrations were okay.
the funniest part has got to be when yujun got picked to go up on stage for our own version of the "don't forget the lyrics" game show. :p
and he was really lousy he didn't know how to sing the song hehe.

and they threw light sticks around!

plus they had the huge inflatable beach balls like the huge inflatable shapes they had when we were in p5 and went for the ndp preview. (:
so basically everyone was just whacking them around!
and we had this brilliant idea to grab the ball(s) when they came!
so for a period of time we were holding on to like 3 of them, and cause there was so little space (the entire school was packed into the mph), we were all squashed by the balls!
it was hilarious(:

andandand community singing was fun (:
chara prissyfu pong and i were super enthu and kept jumping up and down (:
and the post-celebrations euphoria lasted while we were walking to the lockers ahhaha
pong graceler cassie karen and i were holding hands belting out national day songs at the top of our voices!
and while singing home we walked past the busbay where the elsie's kitchen caterers were clearing up and keeping everything, and they applauded us!
it was really embarassing but really funny! :D:D

the class went to subway for supper and we were singing random old westlife/bsb songs while walking to j8.
hahaha.

i love my class!
now would be the perfect time to stop the clock forever and ever(:
and i guess most of the 3H-ers will be feeling the same way.
it's so ironic that the last few months we have left with each other are the most precious, yet it's precisely these few months that we have to mug like crazy..
being in the RP makes this separation worse cause we've never had to go through it before.
in sec4 it didn't matter that much because we were all going to RJ anyway.
but this time it's really different.
after this year, we'll all be embarking on our separate journeys ):
i was feeling pretty good thanks to the celebrations, but jason just had to remind me about this and youkai's emo blog post kind of dampened my spirits too ):

ah well.
nothing lasts forever so i think what's important is that we treasure every minute we have left with each other (:
